"Some of the incidents that occured in our 2 night stay: Woke up in the morning to hundreds of sugar ants in and all around a box of fudge we had purchased. Notified front desk. Never taken care of. My Daughter got a splinter from rail coming down stairs from loft bedroom. Hot water for showers not available.I Called front desk, was told water heater was on other side of building and to let shower run. After 15 minutes no hot water. was told maintence would come to room. Arrived 45 minutes later. My dgt had auditon for FSU had to take cold shower. Returned to room at 2:15, maid in room watching TV. Only cleaning done was 1 bed was made. The maid said she was not allowed to stay in the room with guests and left. Our door did not lock. We kept valuables with us and had to check room carefully for intuders when we returned. Bathroom flooded. Bathrooms dirty, mildew on tiles. Rooms very noisy. Unruly guests knocking on doors, honking horn, making unbelievable amount of noise in middle of the night. Continental breakfast skimpy was told alot of people had come in. I travel 2-3 times a month for business and would have to say this was my worst hotel stay. Upon checkout at 11:00 I asked to see the manager and was told she would not be in for another hour."
